Hi, I'm Laura, a designer, illustrator & printmaker based in South Aberdeenshire.

I graduated in graphic design 22 years ago, and seven years ago I started up Juniper Press when a lino printing hobby turned into a fully-fledged business. My work is mainly digital design now, but I still dabble and teach lino printing workshops.

My work takes inspiration from the intricacies and detail of Scandinavian and Eastern European folk art, using nature and plants as my subject matter to tell stories, share positive messages and celebrate the great outdoors.

My love for my homeland, Scotland, shines through a lot in my designs. If you like wild swimming, hiking, and getting outside, you've come to the right shop!
