Their business began back in 2012 when Sandy asked Sarah to join him in starting up their new adventure. Sandy had been making jam since 2001 when he had been working with his family at their farm shop. Since then, they have grown their range of jams and marmalades to include curds and chutneys, and are now collaborating with Steven Brown to produce the McCoo range.
Sandy, the Jam Man as he was known back in his early jam making years, taught himself from his Grandmother’s old recipe book…and the rest is history!
